11 Stone Buildings have produced a very helpful table setting out what parts of the Companies Act 2006 are currently in force, and the prospective dates for implementation of other parts of the Act. It's to be found in their latest "Companies Act Bulletin" which is available as a PDF file. The table is at page 30.
